Liquitex - Heavy Body - 59ml Cadmium Orange - Series 2. An opaque orange single pigment color with strong tinting qualities. Cadmium was discovered in 1817 as a by-product of the zinc industry and is popular due to its stable opacity. All cadmium colors are identical except for the particle size of the pigment: the finer the size, the lighter the color.
